I will actively promote this initiative as a collaboration between my company and TWS, and will abide by the criteria for acceptance into pods. I commit to the development of the candidate counsellors. *

TWS responsibilities: TWS will extend free training to Supervision Pod Facilitators. TWS will provide guidance in terms of process and co market to actively enable process, with logos of collaboration partners displayed. TWS will attend pods periodically to quality assure process. TWS will provide monthly hourly workshops from September to support teams with ASCHP/CCSA application process. TWS will provide sign up via website and will invoice applicants . TWS will provide case studies and role play activities with guidance on how to facilitate and evaluate. *
