Completion of this application does not secure a spot. To secure your spot a $50 deposit can be made with either Stevie Melendez, on the church website under the MIX memo line, or the church front office. We will adhere to any safety regulations that are in place at the time of the MIX Conference. In the case of event cancellation, payments already made will be refundable or applied to the replacement event/retreat/conference the Jr. High Ministry will attend in the Summer of 2022.
