2019 Sayler Park Sustains Vendor's Application
Sayler Park Sustains is a day-long music and sustainability festival, dedicated to entertaining and educating those interested in living in a more Earth-first way. We offer live music, demonstrations in DIY sustainable practices, kids' activities, local food and drink, instrument demos, and vendors who produce quality products which align with this mission of sustainability and education.
2019 Sayler Park Sustains will be on June 8th from noon until 10pm in Nelson Sayler Memorial Park. Vendors accepted into the festival will get a 15 x 10 foot dedicated space. It is the vendor's responsibility to provide tenting, tables, and chairs. You cannot anchor the tent into the ground, but instead, must weight it in some other manner. Load in can begin as early as 9am if you need the extra time and you will have an opportunity to pull up close to your spot to unload, but Parkland Ave. (a street adjacent to the park) will be closed at 11:00am for food truck load-in.
There is no expectation for you to stay until 10pm, but note that you cannot pull your car onto Parkland until after 10pm. There are other streets, however, which are in close proximity to Nelson Sayler Memorial Park: Gracely, Monitor, and Thelma.
After your application is received, you will hear about whether or not you are admitted into the festival within two weeks of applying. Cost to participate is $35.
