21st Century Community Learning Center Questionnaire- Parent Survey ENG
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, such as before school, afterschool, holidays and summers. The Chamber Foundation's Workforce Development Center is developing a proposal for this five-year grant.  The program will be beneficial for students providing a safe and fun place to be for those after-school hours when parents might still be working. This survey has been designed to gather information from parents about after-school hours options for their children. This data will be utilized as the school district has the opportunity to submit a new application for grant funding for the after-school hours program.
