2025 College Open Championship Registration
Sunday 3/2 at Olathe East High School

The Open Championship is open to all collegiate dance teams regardless of size or classification. Please join us for the second half of the day recruiting for your future teams! We’ve invited high school students to register. Your collegiate dancers are also welcome to take class at no cost! Participation in the Spring Innovative College Combine is completely free for colleges!

Important Dates

  • December 16, 2024: Register by 12/16/24 to get the early registration discount.

  • January 16, 2025: Last day for collegiate registration

Registration is due January 16, 2025.  Checks should be made out to Innovative Choreography, LLC.  Credit card and Venmo payment is a possibility (~3% convenience fee is added).

All music should be uploaded to a DropBox folder. The link will be shared with you when your registration is received.

Payment Information
You will receive an invoice from Innovative Choreography confirming your total entry amount.

There are three payment options:
1) Check payment (made out to Innovative Choreography, LLC)
2) Payment by credit card (an additional ~3% convenience fee will be added)
3) Payment by Venmo (an additional ~3% convenience fee will be added)


*All payments are due by February 10th, 2025.

*Payment must be received in order for teams/dancers to compete.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations received on or before February 9th are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 10th are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 16th are not eligible for refunds.  By 2/16/25, the schedule is finalized and therefore changes would affect the day of the competition (holes in the schedules, awards already ordered, etc).
