You will receive an invoice from Innovative Choreography confirming your total entry amount.
There are three payment options:
1) Check payment (made out to Innovative Choreography, LLC)
2) Payment by credit card (an additional ~3% convenience fee will be added)
3) Payment by Venmo (an additional ~3% convenience fee will be added)
*All payments are due by February 10th, 2025.
*Payment must be received in order for teams/dancers to compete.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations received on or before February 9th are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received on or after February 10th are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received on or after February 16th are not eligible for refunds. By 2/16/25, the schedule is finalized and therefore changes would affect the day of the competition (holes in the schedules, awards already ordered, etc).
