Our summer strength & conditioning program now shifts to a focus on fall sport athletes. Those students planning to register for a fall sport can continue with our S&C program in the following cohorts - broken by teams.
Field Hockey - MWF 2-3 PM
Football (Gr 9) - MWF 3-4 PM
Football (Gr 10-11) - MWF 4-5 PM
Football (Gr 11-12) - MWF 5-6 PM
Boys' Soccer - T/Th 2-3 PM and Sat 8-9 AM
Girls' Soccer - T/Th 3-4 PM and Sat 9-10 AM
Volleyball, B/G XC - T/Th 4-5 PM and Sat 10-11 AM
Cheer/Dance/Swim - T/Th 5-6 PM and Sat 11 AM - 12 PM
Based on CIAC guidelines, we are restricted to 30 athletes per group, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Provided power has been restored to RHS before next week, these sessions will begin on Monday August 10th and run through August 26th.
To register for one of these sessions, please complete the form below and be sure to bring a completed, signed Registration and Consent Form to your first session. You will receive a confirmation email prior to your first session to the email addresses you supply below.
IF YOU ARE NOT A FALL ATHLETE, THERE ARE SESSIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU. Please refer to the information in the Connect Ed message.
