Empowers the youth to develop their creativity and originality in story-telling, touching on important issues of today. Furthermore, this will also help new creators develop their artistic signatures and to give reputable film makers a venue to experiment and express some of their wilder directional desires.

The competition will take part during the month-long celebration of the 2022 Tagum City Youth Festival at Tagumpay Theater, Tagum City Historical and Cultural Center. All young Tagumenyos ages 15 – 30 years old are encouraged to join the competition and experience the satisfaction of creating Short Films.
