Beating Buruli in Victoria Trap Host
The 'Beating Buruli in Victoria' team is investigating the role that mosquitoes may play in the movement of Mycobacterium ulcerans, the causative agent of Buruli ulcer.

The next stage of our study involves residents that could host a series of our non-toxic “sticky traps” within their yards from the 27th of February to 27th of March. During this time our team with maintain these traps so there is nothing you need to do. The traps only contain water, hay grass pellets and a sticky card to collect mosquitoes with.

These traps will remove pest mosquito species which bite humans and wreck your afternoon BBQ’s.

If you are interested in helping our study and saving your weekend BBQ's please submit your name, address and email/number to the form below and we will be in contact shortly.
