The annual ABIC Community Meeting will be held in Stellenbosch, South Africa, 22 - 24 October 2023. The meeting will be live streamed for online participation as well.

The meeting is open to all members of the bioimaging and microscopy community in Africa - imaging scientists, analysts, core facility staff, post-graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, PI's, facility directors, staff scientists, as well as funders, policy makers, etc.

Registration is free for all attendees. This includes tea breaks and lunch each day of the meeting.
A limited number of travel fellowships are available for attendees from anywhere in Africa, on a competitive application basis. If you want to apply for a travel fellowship (deadline 12 June 2023), please do so at this link, AFTER you have completed your registration for the meeting.

We strongly encourage attendees to also register to attend the Global BioImaging Exchange of Experience meeting. This is being hosted in the same venue, following on from the ABIC Community Meeting, 25 - 27 October.  More information and registration is available here.
