Our diverse community will come together to connect at a human level and engage in a conversation about anti-racism. Join us for a deep conversation about “Response-ability” with a guest speaker from SOICs. Light multi-cultural refreshments also provided. In addition, you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and appreciation for various cultures represented in your community.


BREAK THE SILENCE: THE POWER OF ACTIVE WITNESSING WITH ANGELA MA BROWN

Have you ever witnessed a racist incident but didn’t know what to say or do and felt conflicted and regretful about not responding? This workshop will help participants develop their “response-ability” or readiness to respond to such incidents.
