Deep Cleaning Duties *

Clock in

Scrub the bar floor mats and the counter mats with water and soap outside - leave outside to dry

Please make sure there are no wine boxes in the way or in the line of site in the back

Break down all boxes and put empty bottles in the recycling

Remove all items from coolers and wash shelves and wipe down surfaces

Wipe wine cooler (inside and out) shelves and bottles

Scrub 3 compartment sink and wash sink with sponge and detergent

Check wine glasses, silverware and chillers for cleanliness

Make sure all glasses do not have lipstick stains

Check dates, looks and smell on all food items in the cooler, remove old / expired food

Wipe windows inside and outside, and mirror wall with window cleaner (vinegar mixed with water)

Clean mirrors in bathroom, finish it with wine glass Riedel polishing cloth.

Wipe down bathroom with bleach including around behind toilets.

Clean toilet bowl and sink in both bathrooms (wear gloves and mix a cap bleach and Mistolin)

Clean restrooms behind the toilets

Clean lights and lamps with window cleaner (vinegar) Use Riedel polishing cloth

Sweep garage door / back entrance

Clean behind the fridges and underneath the bar with broom and mop

Organize back entrance, mop sink room and underneath the register

Organize receipts (keep the last two weeks receipts, throw away others over two weeks)

Broom front and back floor mats

Move all tables from the wall and sweep

Clean black glass divider - no marks

Organize the mop room

Clean all corners

Sweep baseboards

Clean garage door, be careful with items around it

Remove bottles and clean the shelves

Check all food containers and wash them as needed

Check on both coolers for bad fruits / brown meats and throw away

Check and remove old food from the back fridge

Deep clean the cutting board with a little bleach in a rag. Rinse thoroughly with water and a little Mistolin. Wear gloves!!

Remove business cards and clean the widow sill, put them back

Clean glass coolers doors

Check all meat borders and throw out when needed
