Washington County Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement began a "Re-envisioning Process" with the aim of making a proposal to the Board of County Commissioners on the future of the CPO/CCI programs. They first presented their options to BCC during a work session in May 2023 and asked if the Board was ready to vote on them. BCC members indicated they weren't ready and that OEICE should work more on the proposal. Because the Director of OEICE resigned and there is an interim director, it's not clear when a new proposal will be presented. 

The CCI Steering Committee and the CPO Program Re-Envisioning Subcommittee decided it was time for us to discuss an alternate proposal. The answers to this survey will help us understand what members value and want to preserve, and what our views are on various options going forward. The CCI Steering Committee and the CPO Program Re-Envisioning Subcommittee will evaluate the responses to help us summarize members' views so we can better plan our future.

The survey is anonymous. The results of this survey will be shared with all CCI members. There are three sections: General, Boundaries, and Management, with a total of 25 questions. None are required but please give us as much feedback as you can.
