1K run anniversary of Tetris.com leaderboard

This is the voting form to decide the changes that will be made to the speedrun.com Tetris (Web) leaderboard in wake of it's 1000 run anniversary. The propositions have been compiled from community suggestion from the comments of the anniversary announcement post, as well as a number of suggestion proposed by the moderating team. Any propositions reaching more than half "yes" votes will be implemented.

Condense all of the categories on the board into just two categories of "Lines" and "Score" with the different variations (10L, 40L, 100L and so on) being subcategories.
