Terms and conditions
- To participate, you need to get one of these cards:
- AEGEE Erasmus Student Card (5€)
- AEGEE Membership Card (15€) - Every participant must fill the form individually and only once
The seat will be booked only when we receive the payment
- You can pay by cash during one of our activities or by bank money transfer. The second option is the fastest way to ensure your seat
- Payment must be made in advance. We won't accept payments on the same day of the trip
- Receipt of bank money transfer has to be sent to aegee.fi@gmail.com
In case of cancellation of the trip by the association, you will be completely refund. If you have paid for your seat but decide not to come in the end, you will not be refunded
FAQ- Can I pay for the card and for the trip in the same transference ? Yes, you can.
- Can I subscribe in a form even if I didn't receive my AEGEE Card yet ? Yes, you can. We will give you the physical card during the first event you will attend or directly on the bus.
- I subscribed in the form. Is my seat confirmed? No, your seat will be confirmed only when we receive the payment. This means that somebody who subscribes after you, but pays us before will take the seat
