Thank you for your interest in participating at the second annual "Festival del Tamal y Atole" in Westwood happening on Friday, December 9th and Saturday, December 10th. Please fill out the application below by noon on Monday, December 6th if you would like to participate.

This event will run by ticket sales only. Seperate sales are not allowed. Please read the information below to understand how the event will run and the payout you receive for your participation.

Event Details
Event Description: for the second annual Festival del Tamal y Atole en Westwood featuring 10+ community and professional chefs.
- Saturday, December 9th: 4pm-9pm
- Sunday, December 10th: 4pm-9pm

Ticket Pricing:
-Individual Sample Tickets purchased at the event: $2
-15 Ticket bundle: $25 
-75 Ticket bundle: $100

Revenue Breakdown by Partner:
Chefs: $1/sample for chefs present, and $0.75/sample ticket for chefs unable to physically attend (our staff will be onsite to sample your items)
Collective: $0.33-$1.25/sample ticket

Tamal Sample Size:
-Individual Sample (1/4-1/3 of a tamal): 1 sample ticket
-Full Tamal: 2-6 sample tickets (up to each chef)

Atole Sample Size:
-Indiviudal Sample (2-4oz): 1 sample ticket
-Full Cup (8-12oz): 2-4 sample tickets
Partner Roles/Responibilities:
Chefs Role/Responsibilities:

-Provide Tamales, hot and ready to sample. Very limited electricity will be available during the event and we will have limited hot box space. Commercial kitchen access will not be available unless discussed in advance. 
-Set up and ready to serve at least 30 minutes prior to the event. 1 table will be provided to each chef
-Support in marketing the event in social media, and other marketing channels
-Agrees to produce product in a commercial kitchen (limited commercial kitchen prior to the event may be available, please reach out if this is something you need)
-Agrees to provide accurate list of ingredients in each product
-Agrees to staff their table for the entire day(s) that they sign up for or communicated with event organizers in advance that they will only be dropping off samples and will not be physically present.
