The Board of Governors needs to hear from graduate workers about the impacts of the pandemic. Please join us in-person or virtually on April 12th from 11am-1pm.

What: Board of Governors meeting
When: Tuesday, April 12, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Where: Winants Hall, 7 College Ave, New Brunswick, NJ (we will meet at the corner of Somerset Street and College Avenue)

Instructions for signing up for the virtual public portion of the meeting

The virtual public comment section begins at 1pm. If you would like to sign up to speak on the topic of grad funding extensions you will need to email the BOG secretary, Kimberlee M. Pastva, pastva@oq.rutgers.edu requesting to speak by Monday, April 11 by noon.

The BOG requires that you sign up to speak to an agenda point.
We recommend that you sign up to speak on agenda point 13.f.1, Committee on Audit – March 29, 2022 (1) Proposed Resolution Reappointing KPMG as the University’s External Auditors and Engaging KPMG to Perform Audit Services for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022, and Proposed Audit Services/Fees (Engagement Letter) for the June 30, 2022 Examination

We highly encourage you to connect your comment to the agenda point early in your statement and do not let their arrogance stop you from speaking.
