Teen Book Bundle Sign-Up
Join our monthly Teen Book Bundle Club! This fun bundle club is exclusively for teens age 13-18 years.

To join, simply fill out this form and click on "submit." By filling out the form, you are signing up to receive one Teen Book Bundle each month for the next four months (from the time you sign up). Each Teen Book Bundle will contain 2 books, chosen by our staff, that match your preferences.

You will be notified via email when your Teen Book Bundle is ready to be picked up (don't forget to check your spam mail if you have not heard from us in a few weeks). Book Bundles that are not picked up within 15 days of notice will be returned to general circulation. If you do not pick your Book Bundle up twice, you will no longer receive Book Bundle service until you sign up for a new session (communicate special instructions, requests, or inability to pick up your kit through the email address below).

Love Teen Book Bundles and want to keep receiving them? At the end of four months, you can sign up for another four month session by simply filling out this form again.
