OMSA 2023 Wellness Retreat Registration

Join us for the OMSA 2023 Wellness Retreat scheduled for Mar 3-5 at Camp Kintail (85153 Bluewater Hwy, Goderich ON). There is a limited number of tickets to be sold... tickets are sold on a first come first served basis :D

Please be aware that accommodations are shared with bunkbed type sleeping arrangements. Questions below will provide an opportunity to share rooming requests. Bathroom facilities will be non-gendered to increase accessibility to all participants.

Further information about event itinerary, what to bring and other details will be disseminated to registrants in the weeks prior to the retreat so you can plan accordingly. 

Date: March 3-5, 2023
Location: Camp Kintail (85153 Bluewater Highway, R.R. #3, Goderich, ON)
Cost: $175 - non-refundable; 2 nights of lodging, all meals (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners), and all programming at Camp Kintail 
Transportation / Travel Reimbursement: Due to unforeseen circumstances, transportation will not be available to Camp Kintail. OMSA will be partially subsidizing travel expenses to Camp Kintail. Details regarding reimbursements will be released closer to the retreat date.

Note: There is a 3% transaction fee that the payment terminal adds on, so this will be reflected as an additional $5.25 or $6.15 if just doing camp ticket or camp ticket with transportation respectively.

Retreat Registration *
Retreat Registration - $175.00 CAD
Price includes two nights of accommodation, meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, and all weekend activities. Your spot will not be confirmed until payment is received. Unfortunately due to funding and planning restraints, refunds will not be issued if you're unable to attend. You may arrange to transfer your registration to another Ontario medical student and advise the organizing committee of the change.

Retreat Bussing / Carpooling *
Due to unforeseen circumstances, retreat bussing to Camp Kintail will not be available this year. As a result, OMSA will be partially subsidizing travel expenses for registrants and will be offering carpooling options. Details regarding reimbursements and carpooling will be released closer to the retreat date.
