Please complete this form carefully. We use the following information in planning when to pick you up at the airport.  We also track your flight for delays!

It is important that every individual fills out this form, unless your group is traveling together and there is a specific person from your group filling it out for everyone. If you are traveling with other people on the same flight, remind them they need to fill this out too! This is our only way of knowing what time to get you from the airport and if we need a taxi or bus.

Transportation from the airport is FREE on the first day the trip if your flight arrives between the hours of 10am and 7pm.
To cover higher transportation costs outside of those hours, you must pay a $25 transportation fee. Please make that payment here: https://my.shhkids.org/fee1819

If you are traveling with a group of 15 or more people, and you arriving outside of these hours, the $25/person fee is waived.

There is no fee for departure no matter when you leave.  We kindly ask you book your flight home no later than 6pm if possible so we can prepare for the next group.

If you need to arrive a day early or stay a day later with us, you are welcome to do so at a rate of $50/ per day which covers your transportation to/from the airport and meals. Please pay that here: https://my.shhkids.org/fee1819
