Guidelines:
  • A nominee must be a graduate of Lawrence High School (Falmouth) or Falmouth High School who participated in at least one varsity sport, unless being considered in the line of coaching or outstanding contributor category. 
  • A nominee must be, or have been a responsible member of the community, who has maintained a high degree of sportsmanship, integrity, and character.
  • An athlete's eligibility begins ten years after the class with which the student entered the high school has graduated.
  • A coach is eligible after having coached a minimum of five years (5) and five years (5) after left coaching.
  • Nominations may be submitted to the committee at any time.
**Important** Please read before going forward and submitting.
Please provide as much information as possible on your nominee including an email address to contact them. It is necessary to provide specific statistics about the nominee. For example, varsity sports played, years played, which years played, personal statistics, team statistics,  recognitions, awards won, etc.  
For your nominee to be fully nominated you may be asked to provide this information retroactively before they will be considered for induction.

If a nominee is not inducted in the first year after receiving the nomination, their nomination will be automatically reconsidered in future years.
