-This application does not confirm your participation in CTAP. An email will be sent within 3 days of submitting application. 
- Group representative must check in at least 30 minutes prior to performance time at the PERFORMER SIGN IN TABLE.
- A canopy dressing room will be provided for the use of the performers only. Performers are allowed to enter the dressing room 30 minutes prior to their performance time and must be cleared out within 10 minutes after their performance is completed.  
- Sounds and hook-ups are available for performers use.
- Group representative must provide at least 3 pictures and 2 videos of the performing group for promotional use by the CenTex APF committee.  Pictures and videos are needed within 3 days of application approval. 
- Recorded music for performance: must be sent to our Sound Engineer by April 28, 2023 via email. (This will insure for a smooth, non stop show) 
- Live performance: must get in touch with our Sound Engineer as soon as you are a confirmed performer via email.


- I understand that the CenTex Asian Pacific Festival committee, Promoters, staff, volunteers and the City of Killeen is not responsible for the safety of the Vendors, performers, property, employees, visitors, or customers; injury, theft, missing, or damaged items are solely the Performers responsibility. By selecting agree i hereby release and forever discharge the CenTex A.P.F committee, sponsors, promoters, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damage of any type, cause of action, costs, attorney fees, and interest which now exists or hereafter, arising out of or related to acts or omissions of myself or the CenTex A.P.F during my participation as a performers. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event.
