Please register here to join us on April 28th, 2021 from 6-7pm for a discussion on relaunching the Chicago Area Council on Occupational Safety and Health (CA COSH).  

As part of the annual “Workers Memorial Week'' led by the National Council of Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH),  we want to take a moment to remember those we have lost in the past year, especially due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  And as we approach the 50th anniversary of CA COSH’s creation, we want to share its rich history over the past five decades, and advance plans to rebuild it.  We will share ideas and a vision of what reigniting this network could look like so that collectively, we can increase awareness and action toward safer workplaces in the coming years.

This event is being hosted by the DePaul University Labor Education Center, UIC Great Lakes Center for Occupational Health and Safety (GLC-OHS), UIC Center for Healthy Work, and the Chicago Federation of Labor (CFL).
