Special Education Remote Summer Program Student Registration
This form should only be used for Quincy Public Schools students in the CARES, Learning Center, STARS, PASS and Language Development programs who would like to register for the Special Education Summer School Remote  Program.  Registrations must be completed by June 5th.  Please contact Erin Perkins at erinperkins@quincypublicschools.com with any questions. Does the student have the appropriate technology to participate in the remote summer program? (i.e. desktop computer, laptop, Chromebook. Technology must have working speakers, microphone, and camera. If the student has borrowed a QPS Chromebook for current remote learning they may continue to use that device for the summer program.  If you select "No", you will be contacted by program facilitator and a Chromebook will be provided prior to the start of the program.) *
