Note: Our office is not open for receiving parcels, so you will receive shipping directions within 5 business days of submitting this form. Do NOT send books to our Carlton Street address; there is nobody there to receive them.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the postal service, the LCP is accepting either PDF or hard copy versions of books submitted to the awards this year.

Submission fee waivers: The League understands that COVID-19 has created unprecedented difficulties for poetry publishers in 2020, and we want to ensure that all eligible authors are able to have their books considered for our awards. Please submit your book award submission form in full before applying for a fee waiver; they will be processed at the same time.
