CityDrive is a free training program for anyone seeking to receive a Class B Permit for employment opportunities!

Step 1 - Sign up for CityDrive Mandatory Informative Orientation.
CityDrive mandatory orientation wil cover training schedule, best practices for success, program registration, commercial driver's license reading assignment and FAQ's.  After completing the orientation and program registration forms you will be invited to enroll in an upcoming CityDrive Job ReadinessTraining. 

Step 2 - Enroll in CityDrive Job Readiness Training
CityDrive Job Readiness Training  is facilitated online via video conferencing.Training operates for two weekends in a row, Saturday & Sunday between the hours of 9:30am - 5:00pm.
Please note you will not be required to be online from 9:30am-5:00pm. At the start of the instruction, we collectively review CityDrive orientation commercial driver's license reading assignment and gain access to an online training platform. From there on, we'll have periodic check in meetings, independent study and wrap up with daily quizzez.

Step 3 - Class B Permit & Medical Examination 
After succesfull completion of CityDrive training our case managers will schedule times to take a medical examination (required for Commercial Driver's License obtainment) & DMV appointment for class B permit testing.

CityDrive Mandatory Informative Orientation | Training Schedule
All participants need to participate in CityDrive Informative Orientation prior to attending CityDrive Two- Week Job Readiness Training.  Informative Orientations are offered both in-person. Following the informative orientation, participants will be asked to fill out program registration forms, submit a copy of Right to Work documents: valid CA Driver's License and Social Security Card. We encourage all participants to turn in Right to Work documents in person at FACESSF, 1099 Sunnydale Ave. San Francisco, CA 94134. If you are not able to arrive in person, please check in with CityDrive Case Manager, LaRenda Cade at lcade@facessf.org for alternative options.
