Raleigh Street Bakery is a Cottage Food Operation in north west Denver, Colorado. All our bread is naturally leavened, made with organic ingredients and freshly milled flours.
Raleigh Street Bakery bread is produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and crustacean shellfish. This product is not intended for resale.
It’s in times like these the true values of a community have an opportunity to shine. The right combination of compassion and flexibility can give us that little bit of “normal” that we are all craving. We are a caring, responsive and resilient community, and it will take all of us supporting each of us to make it to the other side of this unprecedented situation. But we will make it, and I am happy to supply the bread.
As a food service veteran, I continue to uphold stringent cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting practices in the bakery. I am no longer offering bread samples and have evaluated my set up to ensure the health and safety of my community. I am also introducing new pick-methods on Fridays.
Guests will no longer be entering the bakery to pick up bread. I will be set up farmers-market style outside.
I will also be offering curbside pick-up if you wish to remain in your car.
If you are not feeling well but still want some bread, please let me know and we will do our best to make arrangements to get it to you.
We are now a social-distancing establishment. Thank you for respecting the space of others.
Thank You!
