Dear Parents,

In order to plan our classes for the 2023/24 school year, we need to have some idea of our expected enrollment count for August 2023.

We are asking all of our UTK-3rd families to inform us of their plans for the next school year. If you let us know that your child will be returning to Silver Gate for the fall of 2023, we will plan on making a room assignment for your student. After hearing from each family, we can determine what grade levels have space available in order to be able to offer a space to our incoming Open Enrollment (CHOICE) wait list students. Also 4th grade families please let us know if your child will be going to Dana.

Students will be assigned to classrooms based on enrollment and the need for equalizing class sizes at the various grade levels. We feel that we have an outstanding staff and that each of our teachers has some special skill or talent that will contribute to your child’s overall educational experience.

Enrollment for new students whose neighborhood school is Silver Gate will open the first week of April. This enrollment date is not intended for new CHOICE students. These students will be contacted via phone and email as to when to enroll.
