CCE: Uber and Mileage Reimbursement Form for Community-Based Learning Classes (Spring 2020)

If you are requesting a reimbursement for travel to/from a service site for a community-based learning course from UR's Bonner Center for Civic Engagement (CCE), please fill out this form. All reimbursement requests must be submitted within 30 days of travel date.

Reimbursements will be processed at the end of each month (unless otherwise requested). If you have signed up for direct deposit, your check will automatically be deposited; otherwise, you will receive a physical check in the mail to the address on file with Accounts Payable.
