I promise to schedule my mammogram yearly or as my doctor recommends. I promise to talk to my doctor about my health concerns and breast cancer risks and factors to determine when to begin having an annual mammogram. I promise to go to my mammogram appointment and be brave. I promise to take care of myself.  I promise to do a breast cancer self examination and contact my doctor if I feel any signs.
