Congratulations with your multiples pregnancy and thanks for your interest in a PEMS group!

SFOM is a member of the PEPS Network. We offer peer-support groups for families with newborn multiples, based on the PEPS model. More info here: www.peps.org

The PEMS program is designed for parents to attend with their babies, aged 0-16 weeks old (adjusted age = counted from the 40-week due date), when the group starts. All our groups can be attended by one parent plus a partner (and babies), however, weekday daytime groups have been mostly attended by one parent only (typically the birth parent) while the weekend and evening groups have been attended by mostly couples. Older siblings can't attend the meetings and will need to have other arrangements.

Groups meet for 10 consecutive weeks (2 hours per week) with time for sharing parenting highs and lows, to focus on the babies' development, and a discussion topic. Meetings also include time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents. All groups will continue to meet virtually until further notice.

The PEMS program fee is $70 per family (+ cost of SFOM membership http://seattlemultiples.org/join-sfom/)
