HvZ Rules Violation Reporting Form
This form is to report any suspected violations of gameplay rules and expectations. Once submitted, the Game Administrators will determine if a violation took place and address the violation accordingly.
Rules and Expectations:
Only UNC Pembroke students are permitted to participate in the game.
All players must wear their bandana (issued by the Game Administrators) and it must be visible at all times. Humans are required to wear their bandana around their arm. Zombies are required to wear their bandana around their head.
Playable hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Players are not permitted to engage in gameplay outside of these hours. Tags made outside of these hours are not legitimate.
Zombies are not allowed to have any sort of defensive or offensive items. They are only allowed to tag with their hands, and they are only permitted to tag Humans in the arms, legs, shoulders, and back.
Humans are only allowed to use socks as defensive items. The only permitted items are sock balls or sock whips. These items can only be made of sock/cloth material. No other materials can be added.
When a Human stuns a Zombie with a sock, it stuns them for 30 minutes. Zombies cannot participate in gameplay while they are stunned. This includes tagging Humans, providing information to other Zombies, and participating in special events.
Gameplay can only occur within the boundaries of the campus (between University Road and North Odum Street).
All campus buildings, including residence halls, will serve as Safe Zones
at all times
. No gameplay will take place in these spaces. Additionally, there is a 15-foot radius around the pond and a 15-foot boundary near roadways where gameplay is prohibited.
Players are expected to be conscious of their surroundings during gameplay and to act in a manner in which they will not cause harm or damage to non-players and to campus and personal property. This is especially important when playing in or around campus parking lots.
Additional rules and expectations may apply during special events.
One Strike Policy: A second violation of gameplay rules will result in removal from the game.
