Our aim is to step out of “the way things are done” and improve the way doctors, patients, and clinics interact. We want to make sure you understand what you are signing up for.

  • ONE TIME Establishing Care Fee: $130.00 per adult
  • Adult Membership (18+) = $80.00/month 
  • Child (Birth - 17) = $40.00/month  
  • Traditional Fulltime College Student = $40.00/month
