If you are a community leader, teacher, or coach who would like to nominate a current high school sophomore, junior or senior in Churchill County for the LEAD On Fellowship Program - this form is for you!

The LEAD On Fellowship is a premier leadership, education, awareness, and development program in Churchill County. The fellowship is cohort centered and consists of high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors from both Oasis Academy and Churchill County High School. Leadership fellows are paired with a mentor, work on a passion project, participate in monthly engagements, and work towards earning a leadership certificate. The program contributes to LEAD On’s overall mission, vision, and values by cultivating youth development and promoting community service.

This program will help Churchill County youth discover their why, prepare for their future, and most of all amplify their potential. Being a leadership fellow will not only elevate students own skills and capabilities but also empower them to be change-makers.
