The Role:
You’ll be helping with scouting venues, djs, partners, sponsors, marketing and making sure the events happen smoothly.

A few things to consider before moving on:
- We are not a fan account.
- Events experience is not needed but you need to know how to hustle
- We are currently taking 21+ year old applicants in the US, 20 elsewhere.
- Compensations will be discussed according to the events' success.

Our recruitment process consists of 4 steps:
- Get to know you (we want to know who you are, where you’re from, how you got into Korean music, etc.)
- Tasks - in order to see your potential we would ask you to come up with some ideas to promote/organise and run events.
- Interview via Hangout - We want to know you on a personal level and hear your expectations and explain in further detail the role you are applying for.

We're very big on discoveries and constantly look for new artists searching for new artists. Please include one or several Korean artists you listen to and think no one knows about them (like with not a lot of plays on Spotify or Apple music) or we don’t know about them. *
Draft a cover letter where you cover how you got into Korean culture, your knowledge of it, which style you listen to the most, your favourite Korean artists, the concerts you’ve been to, the ones you preferred,  what are your passions, and what you like doing, what you’re the best at, the software you can use, previous experience etc… Like anything you’ll want us to know. *
