If you write in the genres covered by Romantic Fantasy Shelf, we'd love to share with the world your upcoming new release. New releases will be shared on the RFS website, in the RFS newsletter, on the RFS Instagram, and in the relevant RFS reader group.

[This includes monogamous, menage, polyamorous, and reverse harem relationships, heterosexual and LGBTQIA+ characters, and all steam levels. Erotic romance, erotica, and NSFW will not be accepted.]

Please fill out the application below. You may submit ONE application for each title you wish to include. Please also ensure that you have selected the correct genre of your book (or the one that closest aligns). Upcoming monthly releases will be communicated in the Romantic Fantasy Authors group. (Please be advised that submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion, see below).

Additional Notes to Consider:
- Plan ahead! Please submit at least a month before your book releases (the earlier the better!). If you submit within 5 days of the 1st of your desired month, we cannot guarantee inclusion (we WILL try our very best - RFS and RFS Next Generation are run by volunteers who are also authors like you!)

- Clean STORE links only. No aggregators, universal links, affiliate links, or link shorteners. Anything but clean store links will not be accepted.

- Books must have professional-looking covers and formatting.

- If you are included in the promo, we ask that you share the release page with your readership (e.g. your newsletter, reader group, page, blog, and/or other social media stream). We request that you share with the RFS Admin Team a preview of your newsletter including the promo. Failure to share means we cannot guarantee inclusion in the future. (If you do not have a newsletter yet, please reach out to the admin team and we'll work with you.)

- The page link will be communicated each month prior to the promo in the Romantic Fantasy Authors group. It is highly recommend that you join our coordination group, if you have not already. { https://www.facebook.com/groups/RFSauthors/ }
