6th Grade Band - Registration Form

Please fill out this form to sign your child up for Beginning Band next year!

Once you submit this from, we will sign your child up for Band next year in 6th Grade. Then in August, your child will be able to try each instrument to find out which one is best for them. This is a really fun process for them. Remember your child does NOT need any prior experience, we will help them with everything! They will be able to try out the following instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion. After the Band Directors have chosen which instrument is best for your child, you will receive a letter with all kinds of information on how to buy/rent their instrument in mid August. Please know that you must purchase or rent an instrument after you have received that letter in mid August.
