Hello and thanks a million for your interest in joining the Underneath the Stars volunteer team. We have a wide range of roles for our festival volunteers and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team.

You will receive a full festival weekend ticket in exchange for your volunteering hours. Volunteer camping will be charged at 50% of the advertised rate for customers; payment will be due in June 2024. Please read through this form carefully as it lays out a brief outline of your volunteer duties and some information on what we expect from our team members in exchange for your festival wristband.

• An all-staff briefing will be held via Zoom in July 2024, in advance of the festival.
• Team briefings will be held on site on the Thursday preceding the festival.
• Ideally, volunteers will be asked to complete 4 shifts over 4 days of the festival period; each shift lasts between 4-5 hours. The minimum requirement is three shifts of 4 to 5 hours over the festival weekend Friday to Sunday. Please ensure you can 100% commit to the minimum requirement.
