Dear applicant,

Trainings in youth organizations are an essential part of the development of a healthy and strong association full of competent and motivated members. Every big company offers their employees possibilities to learn and to develop themselves.
We want to ensure this training cycle and therefore we also need to work on empowering experienced and motivated members in their path as leaders & trainers. Therefore we are planning to organize a Training New Trainers event and a European School on Leadership with competent and skilled trainers.

As a first step, we would like to search for a reliable hosting local to cooperate with us on the logistical part for these Training events.
Therefore we are looking for two ​HOSTING LOCALs (one for each event) to organize 5 training days plus one arrival day between early September and late November.

The budget should include:
*Accommodation (preferably beds)
*Food (breakfast, warm lunch, warm dinner, two coffee breaks per day)
*Workshop venues with technical equipment (2 parallel rooms for 20 people) and workshop materials
*Wi-Fi connection (highly preferred)
*Transportation during the training
*Very very light social program (almost none, as the trainings go till the late night and maximum focus is required from participants)
*Other (after agreement with AEGEE-Academy)
***Specific for TNT:
*Accommodation for 16 participants and 4 trainers (or 8 participants and 2 trainers) for 5 nights
*Covered participation fee for trainers and fee for participants not exceeding 80€/person
***Specific for ES Leadership:
*Accommodation for 15-20 participants and 3-4 trainers for 4 nights
*Covered participation fee for trainers and fee for participants not exceeding 50€/person

In case you don't meet some of the requirements but still want to host the event, we encourage you to apply and indicate your situation.
