                         Please limit any speaking role to 3 minutes
                        Only one entry per form- Entries without form will not be considered.
                        Please ensure that your performance, costume, props, moves etc., must be culturally 
                         appropriate and cater to family audiences.
                         SD Nari Mela Committee reserves the right reject any costume found inappropriate.
                         By Signing this form , you are giving permission  for your child's photo to be published .
                         You will receive further information about the program order and details via email/phone 
                          after Apr 24th, 2024.
                         All performers  above 2 years must buy  admission tickets. There is no fee for participating.
