Below are our committees, what peaks your interest?

Pit Crew – Assist loading all front ensemble or pit instruments in box truck and then unloading at games/competitions and placing instruments on field. At the end of games or competitions, loading instruments back into truck and then meeting at school to unload instruments back to band room. Most items are on wheels.

Prop Crew – Assist in loading props into trailers or box truck and unloading at games/competitions. Placing props on field prior to performance and removing promptly after performance is finished. Loading back onto truck and unloading at school.

Uniform Volunteer – Assist prior to games and competitions handing out uniforms to students and making any alterations necessary (no sewing required). Assisting right before band takes the field for performances to plume hats. After game/competitions, meeting back at school and making sure uniforms are turned in and ready for the next event.

Band Camp Aide – Assist band director during band camp as an extra set of hands and eyes with anything needed for the kids to have a successful band camp. Make sure students are drinking enough water and everyone has lunch or snacks to eat. Assist with any minor medical issues. Two shifts per day at camp 8am-1pm and 12pm-5pm. No training necessary and you can sign up for one day or many. Dates needed August 5th-9th and August 12th-16th.

Color Guard Equipment Aide – Help load color guard equipment at school into box truck prior to performance and unload at field. After performance load equipment and make sure it is returned to school and is correctly stored for next event.
