Food is Life!!
On a scale from 1-10 (Ten being like that one ride at the fair that spins so fast you stick to the wall and don't know where the hell you are or what's happening), how crazy would you say your relationship with food is?

For me, it was wanting to "be skinny" so not eating enough, to eating better but all over the place with junk food and what I thought was healthy, to being FREE from food anxiety and able to eat what I want and when I want while keeping my insides happy. And now I know how to also feed my family so they can feel their very best!

I don't count calories or macros, but I do follow a plan that helps me get the right amount of nutrients, not just calories or protein. Have your cake and eat it too, but also figure out how that cake really makes you feel.
