For this position the first step in the interview process will be this questionnaireThe ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- 2-5 years of work (full-time) work experience
- 1-3 years of sales experience (can include SDR experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in short term/vacation rentals (this can be owning, hosting, or working in the industry)
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the vacation rental industry and real estate. Being knowledgeable about owning and operating short-term rentals and experience doing sales related activities at a start-up is a huge plus.
Note: This role is ideal for someone earlier in their sales career.
