This form is for our free care packages that go out to some of our community members, as well as tribal libraries, every month.

Each will include at least one book, zine, children's book, or mag along with some other random assorted goodies! For tribal libraries, we distribute larger packages.

Please fill out this form as thoroughly as you can! It helps us to choose books that we think will be a great match for you. Care packages are completely free, but resources are limited, so we can only pick a limited number of people at random each month!

We want this to be a mechanism of community care that promotes accessibility so we ask PLEASE that only those who are facing financial barriers or any difficulties that would prevent them from purchasing books right now to fill out this form. This ensures that we can keep financially supporting Native authors and booksellers, and we can reach more people who want to read & receive goodies!
