Agency ( Although Agency are not required to pay a registration fee, we do ask a donation is giving to the raffle table or some gift items for the giveaway or donation)

Arts & Crafts $75 weekend or $50 day or donation of item of equal value for the raffle table or giveaway items(All Indigenous beadwork, dreamcatchers, moccasins must be authentically made on Turtle Island (Canada & USA). NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave event immediately.) Must be selling handmade items to be an artisan,

Food & Beverages Vendor $300 + $100 refundable DD . Garbage cans required ( Alberta Health Services , Insurance is required

Merchandise Vendor $300 if paid before Pow Wow starts or $175 per day (The following items are NOT ALLOWED: laser pointers, silly string, fart bombs, bombs of any sort, cap guns , whistles, vapor cigarettes, bubbles and helium balloons. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave the event immediately. NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS.)

Food Vendor Acknowledgement : vendor is responsible for disposing of used oil and $100 cash deposit for clean-up must be submitted PRIOR set-up and will be returned end of event if site is clean.
