In order to be eligible for summer session housing you need to meet one of the following criteria:

Registered for Summer Classes at Utica (please provide a copy of your registration form with this application)
Working for an Office at Utica University (please provide documentation from either your Faculty or Site Supervisor, including the dates you'll be working)
Utica University student enrolled in an academically related internship in the local Utica area (please provide documentation from either your Faculty or Site Supervisor with dates you'll be working)
Other situation subject to approval to stay by the Director of Student Living (such as local job, housing concerns, international student, etc.)

Please note:

Room rates do not include a meal plan. We are currently exploring various meal plan options for summer amd will provide applicants with an update once available.
Spring students will stay in their current location until summer housing rooms are available (Estimated 1-2 weeks after commencement).
If a student is moving in from off-campus and needs immediate summer housing we can work with you on an assignment-- email slce@utica.edu to explain your situation.
Students will move to Tower Hall for summer housing.
The cost of summer housing will be $194 per week.
Please provide sufficient notice when submitting your application for summer housing. You must submit your application at least one week prior to your desired move-in date.
Applications submitted with insufficient notice may experience delays or may not be accommodated due to limited availability or operational constraints.

Move-in information will be provided to you by the Office of Student Living and Campus Engagement staff. Please do not show up to move in unless you have received confirmation from the Office of Student Living and Campus Engagement.
