Hello and nice to meet you,
we wanted to make sure that you understand our philosophy before writing the application form. We're not looking for award winning filmmakers, for established and renowned or influential figures or for anyone that tries to highlight himself as such. As a film production company and collective we're looking for human beings that can push into this workshop their innermost soul, their story and their personal and human qualities, but at the same time are proficient and very autonomous in filmmaking.

We will encourage you to start shooting something right away, so we want to make sure that you have a proper laptop above all. If you also have a camera of your own you might also find yourself roaming through Rome making a hybrid film!

State down why you think you are a good candidate for the workshop, your philosophy as a filmmaker and what kind of themes interest you as a human being. State down your skills (if you can edit, shoot, make color grading, titles, vfx and such).Try not to insert CV, awards or such things as we don't hold them in consideration for the selection. Research intentions *

State down why you think your cinema can evolve through the use of videogames (this is very important for the selection) and specify your level of videogame culture. If, for example, you play a lot or if you have a background as a gamer or e-sports spectator, or if you have already made anything related to games including design, installations, graphics etc. (it's not mandatory for selection). Do you want to follow online or come in person in Rome? *

You will not be able to change this after the selection.

Online (20 spots available) - The cost of the workshop will be € 350. You will be able to follow all the seminars online and talk to the other participants and share the production dossier, but you will not be followed in real time while working on your film during the workshop days, but in dedicated online sessions with a specific timeframe.

Offline (10 spots available) - The cost of the workshop will be € 490. The cost covers a spot in our office + electricity and free coffee from 9 am to 6 pm every day, plus the ability to be followed and share the progress of your work in real time.
