Welcome to the 2022/2023 Season OCPAA Company Team Auditions!  

All students applying for OCPAA 2022/2023 Season Company must complete all 5 steps of the audition process even if they will be ABSENT from the actual auditions on July 18-22.

Please fill out this form completely on or before 7/16/22.  

IMPORTANT - please make sure the email you enter here is the same as the one linked to your parent portal account. We will reference your portal account for student names, birthdates and parent contact information.

One form per student - do not put two students on one submission.  

Families new to our studio must set up an account on our PARENT PORTAL (https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/jr3.0/ParentPortal/Login?orgID=524094) which can be done when you enroll in the audition classes.
