Spots are LIMITED and first come first served. A $150 deposit is required upon registration to secure your spot. The remaining $569 is due by August 1st. Once this form is complete an invoice will be sent from zoe@mindfulharmonycoaching.com to the email you provide for your deposit.

The cost of $719 to attend this retreat includes all activities and housing for the duration of the retreat.
I agree to pay the $150 non refundable deposit to secure my spot within 24 hours of filling out this form, otherwise I agree to forfeit my reservation until the deposit is paid and I understand within that time the retreat may fill and I may not have a spot. 
I agree to pay the remaining $569 before August 1st, no payment will be taken after August 1st and you will forfeit your deposit and spot in the retreat.
If you sign up and pay the deposit in full on or before March 27th you will receive $75 off and will owe $494 before August 1st.
