Thank you for expressing your interest in a rescue dog.  They are the best, most loving and appreciative. Our adoption application is now fillable, please fill it out in its entirety and then call your vet to give them permission to speak with us. This will expedite the process. We are all volunteers, so we greatly appreciate you doing this in advance.  You must provide your landlord’s contact info OR provide a copy of your lease contract including pet policy to be considered.  Be aware that it can take up to two weeks for a full application process, including submission of a virtual home visit.  We will answer all questions once we have determined that your app is a good match for the dog.  Meet and greets are set up once your application is approved.
 
Only one personal reference may be a family member.  Please note that applications are processed in the order they are received, which means that although a dog may be available today, an application may come in ahead of yours that gets approved first.  For this reason we encourage you to fill out and return it, and do the vet release as soon as possible.  If by chance the dog you are interested in has an approved adopter before you, we will show you some dogs whom we know to be similar in all aspects.  We thank you again for looking to adopt, it truly is the best way to go.  Our babies are all in foster care for quite some time, in order to give us a chance to vet them, get an assessment of their personality and really be able to place them with the perfect family so that everyone is happy.  
 
NOTE:   All dogs will be spayed/neutered at the time of adoption unless they are too young, at which time they will require a spay/neuter contract with a refundable deposit, they will be UTD on shots, dewormed, given Nexgard and Interceptor or Heartgard, microchipped and dogs over six months are HW tested.  The adoption fee is not a set price, as it ranges due to higher than usual costs for transport, vetting and food/supplies of foster dogs.
