We are looking for 4 enthusiastic individuals, with a passion for rugby and for charity, to support the Front Row Club team in engaging with our online community.

The community managers will assist our social media team in interacting with our followers and supporters on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. You will keep track of industry news and trends, engage with topical discussions and find new opportunities for Front Row Club to engage with.

You will act as the voice of the charity and will respond to questions and comments about events, services, and content which might not always be positive. You must be able to understand where a follower’s question or comment is coming from, address it appropriately, and provide a course of action or solution.

Finally, you will also have the opportunity to help design and deliver online campaigns, some of which may involve fundraising initiatives, while others may be oriented towards engaging rugby-focused banter.
